I have been blessed many times over, for my life is a continual walk of spiritual truths, enlightenment, and constant direction and guidance from the divine presents of my higher-self (Great Spirit). I am of Cherokee decent and I carry the powerful blood of my European ancestors.

9.You acknowledge that the content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or distributed via e-mail, commercially produced information presented to you by The White Wolf Inc, its suppliers, and/or advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You are not permitted to copy, use, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, or create derivative works from the Content unless expressly authorized by the White Wolf Inc., its suppliers, or advertisers.

10.Except as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, all notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via e-mail to info@white-wolf-inc.com

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, selected in accordance with the rules of the AAA, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party has the right to seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida in order to protect the rights of such party pending the completion of any arbitration hereunder, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida and venue in Brevard County, Florida for any such proceeding. If either party files an action contrary to this provision, the other party may recover attorneys' fees and costs up to one thousand US dollars (US $1,000).

12. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law principles that would require the application of the laws of a different state. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law, and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, as applicable, will continue in full force and effect. Refunds

We are confident that you will have very positive reading and experience with Dr Sunny.
If you are for some reason not satisfied with your first reading, we will refund the purchase or we will give you time credit to try our service again - whichever you prefer.
A refund or time credit must be requested within 24-hours of your purchase and can only be applied to your first purchase. You will need to contact us via e-mail at windwalker774@yahoo.com or by phone at 1-855-224-7474 or 1-321-215-1623 .

In the event of a "declined" credit card payment, the client will be responsible for a $10 per day late fee plus any additional fees and charges levied by the client's financial institution and will be liable for and will indemnify and reimburse White Wolf Inc for all attorneys' fees and other paid or incurred costs and expenses related to the chargeback and/or collection efforts.

The accuracy of readings cannot be guaranteed due to the long-term nature of some content, and the role that each individual plays in fulfilling her or his own destiny.
White Wolf Inc. reserves the right to refuse any credit request.
